The National Centre for e-Learning and Distance Learning NCeL, organizes its 12th seminar in collaboration Al Jouf University titled " e-Learning Practices: Factors for Successful Performance", April 2-3, 2014, Al Jouf University.
Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Almegren, GM of the NCeL, stated that the 12th seminar comes in continuation of NCeL's efforts to promote cooperation with Saudi universities for a better and purposeful academic movement, and for more opportunities for debate and deliberations.
The NCeL has so far organized 11 successful seminars revolved around the central issues of e-learning. Seminars managed to provide platforms to identify the ideas and visions of specialists, beneficiaries and other interested parties. Dr. Almegren explained that the 12th seminar being held at Al Jouf University will focus on a number of themes including the most important organizational factors that centered around the plans and leadership vision , as well as programs and financial support. The Seminar also focuses on human factors including, training and staff, in addition to the technical factors theme that addresses technical solutions, creativity and development . Dr. Almegren expressed sincere appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education for agreeing to hold the 12th seminar, and also to Al Jouf University staff led by Dr. Ismail Mohammed Al Bishri, the Rector of the University for hosting the 12th seminar.
